The songs I bought off iTunes are showing an exclamation mark beside them?

Hi there,


I bought an album off of iTunes today and it downloaded all the tracks to my computer. HOWEVER, when I now go to the songs from the album, most of them are greyed out with an exclamation mark beside them. I tried deleting the tracks so I could just re download them but they won't let me delete them. I went to "Get Info" but it was all greyed out and wouldn't do anything for me.


I'm not sure what to do. The files aren't even on my computer now and it's become a pain in the butt.

Help?!

It sounds to me like the purchased items haven't completed downloading. try this:

Resume any interrupted downloads

Choose Store > Check for Available Downloads from the iTunes menu. Click Resume if any downloads are listed as unfinished. For more information see How to resume interrupted iTunes Store downloads.
