What is MEMORY KEEPER? I would not download anything that I am not familiar with.
By any chance are you referring to Mackeeper. If so, it is a definite NO.

It's safe, but I wouldn't bother. Mountain Lion takes care of all memory management. You don't need any such third-party application for it.
It is on Mac App Store, and this means it should be safe. No idea if it really works.
It's available in the App Store. I've never used it and, even though it gets good reviews, for the most part, I can't see that it would do anything that a simple restart wouldn't do.
Seems kind of useless, actually, though I'm sure that it wouldn't harm your machine.

MemoryKeeper is distributed by the same company that distributes the execrable MacKeeper.
Their own description indicates its very purpose is to circumvent OS X's highly effective memory management algorithms specifically designed to make your Mac run as efficiently as possible. As such its only capability is to degrade performance, and at best can do nothing beneficial.
Avoid it and everything like it. Let your Mac work as it was designed to work.
