Turning the phone to side angle does not change view - pictures do not flip; keyboard does not expand for texting or emailing. Simply cannot get the screen to change to wide when phone is turned.

Make sure the device is not locked to portrait mode. Look in the upper right by the battery percentage and see if there is a small lock with a circle around it. You can turn that off in the Control Center.
