Q: HELP! I pre-ordered the Miley Cyrus Bangerz album but can't download it

Help please! I preorder Miley's new album that realeased yesterday and is available for purchase on iTunes. iTunes shows that I pre-ordered it, but won't let me download it. It has the expected date as "October 8, 2013". WHY???! Help please!!

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.2

    Downloading a pre-ordered item

    When a pre-order item becomes available, you will receive an email letting you know your pre-order is available for download.

    If you've enabled iTunes to automatically download prepurchased content, then your pre-order content may already be downloaded to your library. If not, simply click the download link provided within your email notification, and your pre-order content will begin to download. Alternatively you can use the "Check for Available Downloads" feature in iTunes on your computer by choosing Store > Check for Available Downloads to begin downloading your pre-order.

    Mine is doing the same. It sent the email stating that I could download it from the link but the link goes straight to the Home page of the iTunes store. And there's nothing in the purchased or download area either.

    The same is happening to me. I tried to download it on my phone and on my computer. Both say that it's purchased but it won't download. It doesn't give a prompt to download anywhere.
