iTunes not recognizing my Music Library.

I have an iPhone 4 with the latest OS and iTunes with the latest version (I just updated it today). But it's not reconizing the Music in my Libary. Even music that I bought in iTunes. It shows the album as purchused, but it won't play 5 of the 11 songs. I have no options to redownload them again either.

But if I go in and manually select the song and play it in iTunes will show up in my libary again. I already deleted the iTunes Library Files and asked it to scan my computer for music, and even added files manually but it only reconized a few of them.

I've never had a problem syncing and playing my Library before this. It's only after the update to iOS 7. Needless to say this is quite annoying and frustrating.

I'm running Windows 8 64 if that makes a difference.
