How to resolve problems between itunes and windows ?

Hi !

I've got a big problem : I can't update Itunes on my computer (Windows 7, 64 bit).

But, if I don't update Itunes... i can't update my Ipad ! And that is a really big problem.

I've tried a lot of things (everything on this page :http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1814?viewlocale=fr_FR ). I made a diagnostic with Itunes for the connexion (in french sorry) :

Échec de la tentative de connexion au serveur d’activation d’iPhone.
Il est impossible d’établir la connexion réseau.
La tentative de connexion au serveur de mise à jour de microprogramme a échoué.
Une erreur inconnue s’est produite (-9808).
Tentative de connexion au serveur Gracenote réussie.
Il est impossible d’établir la connexion réseau.
Le dernier accès réussi à l'iTunes Store était le 2013-10-05 22:37:11.

There is a problem with the connexion and the server !

I've got all the symptoms : itunes is very slow, when I open Itunes Store, it's empty etc.

I installed Autoruns. And it told me the problem was Windows Live (WLIDNSP.DLL especially). So, there is a problem between Windows and Apple... Do I have to unistall Windows Live ? I don't know what to do. Do I have to uninstall Itunes ?

(I forgot : my itunes is very old : Itunes 10.4)
