How do I stop the home screen icons 'floating'.

Hi all,

I hope you are having a nice day today. I have a 'settings' problem with my iPad (4th Gen, with Retina Display). Does anyone here know how to 'switch off' the feature that makes the home screen icons or folders 'float' as if they are part of some 3D effect. I did this on my iPhone 5, after watching a CNET video tip, which I 'found' via a link in an e-mail that CNET sent me. I can't remember how I did it, AND I can't find the CNET video either.

BOTH iPhone and iPad have been updated to the latest iOS 7.0.2.

Many thanks

:) :) :)
