Macbook Pro Retina runs hotter with Thunderbolt Display

I use a MBPr 15 2.7 with his display, and runs cooler, 45-60º, with a Samsumg 1680x1050, runs basically the same. But at house with my Thunderbolt Display 27 at his native resolution, the MBPr runs hotter, 65-80º.... yes, it´s more resolution, and with an external display only uses the discrete graphics.... but it´s a lot hotter....

Is there a way to cooler the MBPr/Thunderbolt duo???

Thx in advance.
