Itunes store purchase/rent buttons not working

I've never had this problem before. But the last 2 days whenever I click on any button to download a song or rent a movie, nothing happens. It doesn't give me any kind of error, Itunes doesn't respond. I'm connected to Itunes, and am able to preview songs, and also have enough money in my account. Does anybody else have this problem?
