Wallpaper fading

I just switched my wallpaper so that it changes every 5 minutes but I had two questions on the subject, is it possible to make it so that the new wallpaper doesn't fade in when they switch. Also is is possible to make it so that while i am not watching one screen the desktop changes?

Select the Change pictures pop up menu then make a time selection.

The fade effect works best on: Every 5 seconds, Every minute, or Every 5 minutes.

I have the time selection down already and it already fades, I was wondering how to stop it from fading so it switches pictures instantaneously
