My iPod Nano 7's Driver is coming up with a code 10 on Win7.

My driver isn't working for my iPod Nano 7, and I know this because I was trying to update the driver for my phone. It won't charge on this laptop, and it won't show up in iTunes. I have the necesary updates, but nothing is working. Do I need to update my driver? Please help me out here.

I forgot to mention that the code 10 is saying that "Your device can't start". Ugh...

Ok, so now it's displaying a code 43, and has "Unknown Device" on it. So I did what it told me to on troubleshooting, but it says "

If the hardware ID displayed starts with this:
USB\VID_0000&PID_0000
This means that Windows cannot read the hardware IDs of the device, and so has replaced them with all zeros. This is typically caused by a faulty USB connection, or an incompatibility with your USB chipset drivers."

So then, what do I do if it displays "USB\UNKNOWN"?
