I dont' undertand why people start new threads instead of looking in the others that have all the solutions. But here it is. Update your iTunes to the most current version, put your phone in DFU mode and restore. Then restore your phone from the backup on your computer. Google how to put the iphone in DFU mode if you don't know how. I just completed the process and it worked great even though Apple Care couldn't help me for 50 min on the phone tonight.
