Ever since the latest update, every tv show or movie I play via my ATV, be it Itunes, Netflix, Hulu etc. has subtitles.

Ever since the latest update, every tv show or movie I play via my ATV, be it Itunes, Netflix, Hulu etc. has subtitles. I have tried toggling the subtitles option in the accessibility menu and restarting my ATV but it won't go away. It's terribly annoying, if just that it is a glaring reminder that something is messed up. Any answers or suggestions?
