itunes 10.7 *Download button not downloading*

Hello

I am using itunes 10.7. I am no longer able to download any videos, music that I bought from this version. If I click the download button from the page, nothing comes up to say it is downloading. I reninstalled, and did everything I could.

I know their is itunes 11, but I need this version for my older ipods. Is anyone having problems.
