Oct 6, 2013 12:24 AM in response to kfrankokcby King_Penguin,You've tried closeing the app via the phone's multitasking bar to see if that fixes the problem with it ? Double-click the home button to open the taskbar, then swipe or drag that up from there and off the top of the screen.
If you want to reinstall it then you need to delete it from your phone (which will also delete all of its content) and then redownload it - hiding an app only hides it from the Purchased tab on a device, it doesn't affect whether you have it installed. To delete an app, press and hold any of the apps on your phone's homescreen and after a couple of seconds or so they should start to shake. Then press the 'x' in the left corner to delete the ones that you don't want, and when you've finished deleting press the home button so as to stop the shaking. If you don't get the 'x' on any of the apps that you've downloaded then check that Settings > General > Restrictions > Deleting Apps isn't set 'off'
