Where is the Check for Available Downloads on the iPad or iPhone? Pre-purchased an album and need to download it but cannot find the option. HELP

Pre-ordered an album. Got the email that says it is ready to download and go to "Check for Available Downloads" in the Store. Cannot find this option anywhere on either the iPad or iPhone. Please help!

The 'check for available downloads' is only available on a computer's iTunes. Did the email have a download link in it ? Or does it show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone ? Music won't show in Purchased in all countries
