Q: My iphone5 running iOS7 shut down on its own while using it and on restart mentioned it requires activation but got an error message saying activation server is down when I tried to login. Any advise? Apple's customer service is not available till 2morrow

Want to give a wild shot at my carrier's customer service but they mentioned it is an on going issue for many iPhone users currently but unfortunately they cannot help as the problem is with Apple's servers.

    Were you running iOS 7 beta?  If so, as a developer you need to log into the Developer forum for assistance.

     

    Not a developer and running iOS 7 beta?  Then you've stolen Apple's software and will receive absolutely no assistance from this forum.  Enjoy your iBrick!
