buy more iCloud storage

Can I use other country credit card buy more iCloud storage at US store, because I already move to other country, and I cancel all my US credit card, if yes how to buy, if no what can I do?. beI don't want to create another iCloud account, I used my account 8 years already

You don't purchase additional storage from the Store but from within System Preference>iCloud -

You need to use a credit card registered to an address in the country you are located in.
