Q: Server not Available?

I was surfing the web when suddenly my ipad turned to black, and required me to activate it. Since then (Yesterday) is deactivated, and he can't locate the server to be activated again. What is the problem? How did it happen? It's an Ipad 4, and it's (was) running iOs 7

You did not mention whether you saw an error message/number.

My guess is that it could be something like error 3194.

I connected it to Itunes and it said that my version has expired I was a member of the beta, so now i have to go back to ios6 to install ios7? Maybe it's because of that? Cause i can't do it if i don't deactivate "Find my iPad", and i have no idea how to do it
