Hi i just updated my Apple TV (2nd Gen) to the latest software. After its completed the update, it restarts, on the restart its showing me an iTunes logo with a cable going to it, what does this mean? I cant get back to the ATV home screen.

The update failed - you need to restore via iTunes by using a USB to microUSB lead (that Apple annoyingly don't include!).
Try to restore the AppleTV software to current version software using instructions here:

Pay attention to differences in power connection depending on whether or not you have AppleTV2 (which youd do) or AppleTV 3.

I updated one of mine last night having resisted for weeks - took an eternity for some reason but resatrted ok.
Time zone reset to Cupertino for some reason.
Streaming Netflix/Vevo seemed to have some buffering issues after the update - maybe coincidence.

Hi, sorry to bother you again, im stuck. Ive restored my ATV using a Micro USB, but now i cant navigat the menus to set it back up, my remote doesnt seem to work and i cant get my keyboard to connect?
Any suggestions?
try pressing and hold menu + left arrow to unpair the remote
No that doesnt work, i have no idea how i can set it up without a connection.
