Q: My icloud setting page frozen

AS I was unable to get into my icloud account I decided to delate the account so I could reset it. Now it is frozen and saying that it is verifying and they have sent an email to me (which hasn't happened) help how do I get out of this please

    It sounds like iCloud is waiting for you to verify your email address. If you haven't received this email, use the steps in our iCloud troubleshooting article as a guide:

    I cannot sign in to the iCloud Preferences pane on my Mac due to an alert stating that my email address has not been verified.

    If you cannot sign in due to an alert stating "Account not verified - Check your email for instructions for verifying your account":

    1. Close and reopen the iCloud Preferences pane before logging in again.

    If this is occuring on your iPad instead of a Mac, try closing the Settings or iTunes Store app. You can also try resetting or restarting your iPad:

     

    iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

    2. If that does not resolve the issue, check your email folder and Junk folder for a verification email sent from Apple.

     

    3. If there is no verification email in your email folder or Junk folder, click the Resend Verification Emailbutton on the iCloud Preferences pane.
