Video function not working since ios7 update On ipad 4th gen

Please can anyone help. Ios7 updated last week and I am no longer able to get a video function. There is an icon to switch from photo to video but it does not work, just stays on photo and the photo aspect has changed and I cam not able to change it back to full screen. Anyone else having this problem? Or have a fix? Thanku
