No. You need "Insurance" for coverage like that. AppleCare is NOT insurance, just an extension of your warranty/support.

Actually my car is covered when its stolen. Its covered by my insurance. That was still a funny comment you left.

That might be handy if it had anything to do with the original question regarding AppleCare. Also the post you answered never mentioned Insurance. He mentioned Warranty.

1. The question is over a year old.

2. The question was about warranty and not insurance. And so was my answer.

3. You seem to post knee jerk answers before reading.

Actually I don't think you're funny because: 1. The question is still completely relevant despite being over a year old. 2. Insurance and service warranties are both ways to protect your phone and they overlap in some instances and don't in others. Like anything else it boils down to the terms and conditions, which may or may not say they cover accidental damage or stolen property. 3. Your answer addressed cars not iPhones If you want to get nit-picky and/or condescending. 4. And yes, it may seem like my answer was a "knee-jerk" response.

No, your post has no relevance whatsoever. No post will save the irrelevance of your previous comment. As I said previously

You seem to have a hard time understanding the difference between insurance and warranty. But we will stop now so you don't fall further into irrelevancy.

Actually I don't have a hard time understanding. I'll take the blame for assuming too much. And, I only replied to your post, which was addressing car "warranties" and was sarcastic. I don't disagree with any other response to the origiant question. AppleCare is not a warranty, but an "extended warranty", and not a very good one to say the least. In the industry I work in, "extended warranties" do cover accidental damage or stolen items and much more, and are used interchangably with extended warranty/insurance at that point. All the comments I've read are valid, especially with regard to warranty. When I read the post I was thinking about "extended-warranty", not "warranty", which often times offer additional coveraage similar to insurance as I said. Throwing everything aside, I just don't think you are as funny as you think you are.

Funny how that works when you are on the receiving end of it, I thought it was totally hilarious.

You change your story a lot to try to justify your nonsense. You never even mentioned Warranty in your nonsensical reply to the Original Poster and now waste space trying to justify something you simply cannot justify. I don't know what industry you work in but I have never heard of stolen property being covered by Warranty. Pretty ordinary attempt at justification, really.

Basically, if you have nothing technical to add, don't poke your nose into someone else's thread, like you have done.
