Is there no way to disable what? Are you asking how to turn off the passcode for the phone? If so, yes you can turn it off, but you need to know if first to be able to disable it. You will need to follow the steps in the link that sterling r provided for the forgotten passcode. Once you do that, then just do not add a passcode to the phone. However, for security reasons, not a good idea.
