Hi Ahmedonsy:
Some suggestions for your problem:
1. Check your Settings to see which version of iOS you have, and update to the latest version if necessary.
Choose "General" > "About" and see if you have either iOS 7.0, 7.01, or 7.02.
Ideally, you should update to iOS 7.02: "Settings" > "General" > "Software Update".
2. Try deleting a few apps that you don't use very much from your iPhone or your iPad.
If you have a lot of apps and not too much free space on your device, that might be causing the problem.
Try to check your Usage - "Settings" > "General" > "Usage", and see if you can free up at least 1 - 2 GBs of space if possible.
3. The next most obvious thing to check would be to go to your App Store and update the apps you use a LOT first. These will no doubt have bug fixes and things to help them work better under iOS 7.
Hope this helps!
Sincerely,
-Mark
