how to block pop ups on imac

Have you tried the AdBlock suggestion noted above? However, if you use a different browser than Safari than I'd suggest looking to see what extensions that browser has available for it.

I have the same issue. No clue how I got it, and cant seem to stop them. Here is the one that popped up today. IT pops up no matter what I am doing.

Yes I AdBlock is checked in settings 😟

I use a safari extension called adblock

Safari - preferences - extensions (bottom get extensions) - adblock

also on the security tab their is a block pop ups make certain its on as well

What version of Mac OS X, what browser?

If you are running Safari, click on Safari in the menu bar and select Preferences. In the new pane, click on the Security icon.

In Web content: check the box next to Block pop-up windows.

If Safari is not your browser, please post back with more info.
