IOS7 update on 4s issues

I have several issues with my 4s since IOS7 update. Browser is slower, auto lock does not work, swipe up/down function does not work. If I reboot my phone, auto lock & swipe up/down starts working for an hour or so, then needs to be rebooted again. My apps also shut themselves down now! It seems like some sort of glitch in this update. Is there a way to go back to IOS6? Is anyone else having similar issues with their 4s? Thanks for any help. Thamer12
