Ringtones with GarageBand

I can make ringtones with GarageBand and its Works fine. But when i shut down my iphone 5s, and i turn it on again, its comes only the Standard ringtone.

If i change to another ringtone, it comes Ebers time only the Standard ringtone. The only help is a total resett.
