If I create a recurring event on my laptop, when it syncs with the iPad with iCloud it shows on the iPad calendar a day early. So a weekly Tuesday at 4pm recurring event shows on the iPad calendar on Monday. The event details say Tuesday, but it's on the calendar for Monday.
