Fogot password and iPod disabled?

I bought the new iPod Touch 5th generation August 20, 2013. Now I have just updated my iPod Touch to IOS 7 and forgot my password. I tried typing in my password but typed it in too many times and disabled it. Now I can't get on it for who knows how longs (IOS 7 doesn't show how long iPod is disabled.) On top of that I don't have my orginal computer anymore so I have to use a diffrent computer. I am not sure if changing the computer will affect anything. I don't care if I have to earse my iPod, but how do I get it back to normal?? Someone please help me!!

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

This work on any computer

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

For how to restore:

iTunes: Restoring iOS software

To restore from backup see:

iOS: How to back up

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
