My computer refuses to recognize windows 7 OEM disk

I am trying to run boot camp on my Mid 2010 21.5" but when ever I put in my OEM System Builders pack its spit right out again after about 30 seconds and boot camp wont regognize it.

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)
