Q: can i change the language in my iTunes?

hi,

 

i had a problem with my new iTunes which i've just upgraded and i didn't know

how i can change the actual language (Indonesian) into English again.

Yes.  Note that there are two different settings, one for the iTunes Program, and one for the iTunes Store:
