I have had to redo my OS several times on this computer. I have an iPhone 3, an HP laptop, and an iPad. They claim I have 5 computers. To me. only my tower is a proper iTunes computer and it is attached to speakers. I am 76 and I won't live long enough to sort thru apple help folders. How do I get thru to actual people at Apple? I have Win 8 64
READ the article from which the rant was posted and follow the instructions to deauthorize all. Then authorize the computers that actually exist.
