Outgoing mail hangs on Outlook
For some reason my outgoing mail has started hanging and moving to the Outbox and just staying there. The problem started about a week ago for no apparent reason (have been using the mail successfully for some time now w/o glitches).
I am using Office 2010 and Windows RT mail - both programs hang.
I have deleted and then added my .me account onto the RT and still hangs.
I have confirmed the settings:
Incoming:
- imap.mail.me.com
- SSL - yes
- Port 993
- User name user@me.com
- Password - ditto
Outgoing:
- Server: smtp.mail.me.com
- SSL - yes
- Authentication - yes
- User: user@me.com
- Password - ditto
