Airplay no icon anywhere unable to play Netflix

I have an iPhone 4S . I don't have the airplay icon anywhere on my device . I can no longer use netflix . It tells me to shut off airplay mirror mode . But airplay is not in the control center or the slide up feature from the home button .

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.2

Go to settings-general-background app refresh and turn it off. Airplay should then appear in control center. Hope this helps. :) I have two iPhone 4S, ipad 2 &3 all running 7.0.4 and they all had the same problem. This worked on all. Have no clue why.
