Q: Will not restore because of "turn off find my iphone"

Tried to update my Iphone 4. Went through all the step but when I choose to restore my phone from ITunes it tells my I have to turn off find my iphone before restoring. I have done everything but it keeps coming back to this.

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.2

Yes, you need to switch FMi off before you can restore. It's the new IOS7 security.
