Does anyone else have a MAN appear in their lock screen?

Like many others, after downloading itunes 10 I was unable to listen to music on both itunes or my iPod.

But then it gets weirder: I just plugged in my phone, I was listening to a song, as I was changing my bed the wire caught, the phone got pulled out, and when I plugged it back in, this

I first thought that this was just a routine problem but when I locked my phone, I saw that my lock screen photo was distorted only to discover what looks like a transparent man standing in the picture.

needless to say, im incredibly weirded out.

have I been hacked?

please someone answer soon, my LIFE is on my phone, and I'm a little bit scared 😟

any advide would be much appreciated
