Ipad won't turn on and won't take charge. What can I do?

Try a reset:

- hold the home button and sleep wake button down at the same time for atleast 10 seconds

- when you see the Apple logo appear release both buttons

Are you using the iPad charger, or an iPhone charger?

Try to reboot your iPad: Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time for up to 20 seconds until the Apple Logo appears then let go of both buttons and your ipad should restart.

If that doesn't work, it's time to pay a visit to the Genius Bar at your Apple Store.
