My macbook air screen was dirty so i cleaned it and i made the mistake of using regular dish soap because i was lazy... and after i turned it back on the screen looked like this... any suggestions? or if not, can the screen be replaced?

Looks like too much pressure might have been used. There may be internal damage. It is definitely fixable but depending on what they find there would likely be a charge involved.
i dont think it was pressure although it could have been. i think it may be soap damage cause i was lazy and used dish soap instead of special screen soap

Correction, that cannot be 'fixed', ...the screen is destroyed. 😟
Yes, the LCD can be replaced. You have to be CAREFUL when applying ANY pressure to an Air screen, its not extremely thick glass like on an old TV tube screen
