When I open Airport Control neither "access control" or "Networks" appears so that I can set a time limit on the internet. Why can't I see them?
Which version of the AirPort Utility are you using? What is the version of the operating system that your computer is running?

One possible.
You have the express in wireless extend mode.. as such it is not controlling the network.. you need to go back to the main router to do the setup.
Why doesn't "access control" or "networks" appear on my airport utility page?
