iTunes hang each time I tried to play video, any solution?

Hi All,

I'm currently using the latest iTunes to sync my iPhone & iPad on Windows 7 PC.

each time I tried to play video or iTunes U or anything related with video it will crash and I will have to force quit the software.

Any solution for this?
