i can't turn on wi-fi and bluetooth after installation of ios7.0.2

i updated my phone to the latest software and for few days it went all well but from today i can't turn on bluetooth and wi-fi on my phone. the icon of wi-fi is grayed and does not change to ON position. i did not changed any settings at all. after that i have reset "network setting" and i have even erased my phone and reset it but it didn't resolved the problem.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.2

same here . . . . done most of the suggestions and nothing seems to work; seems particular to the 4s and ios7.0.2

Apple say hardware (which I don't believe)

O2 say software

and I say I'm in the middle holding the phone that I can't use in the car now, or get wifi to restore from icloud!

I think Apple should do somthing about this, there are too many people having the same issue
