Stolen iphone and someone take it to the apple care for repair.

My iphone was stolen one month before. And I have receive an email from apple care that someone take it to the apple care for repair. And I also know the address of that person. So is there any ways I can get my phone back? I have report to the police and I have call apple care but they didn't really tell me what to do.
