here is a screenshot of what my device manager is showing me of my ipod, it is only one ipod but for some reason it is two, I try to install/ update the drivers but it gives me this
Anyone know how to install the drivers or get my ipod to be recognized correctly by my computer and itunes? Thanks

Deal with the drivers, regardless if you are in DFU mode the iPod should be recognised.
It isn't installing them properly, do you know any way in how to do a fix?
Yeah I've down everything I could think of, including that
Try another cable (not sure you did alread)
Try on another computer to help determine if you have an iPod/cable or computer problem.
Yeah I tried another cable and my nano and it didn't read them so I'm sure somethings wrong with my computer, and i don't have access to another computer with iTunes
All I can think of is to restore widows to an earlier time.
Yeah I restored windows the earliest i could already and that didn't work neither, I gave up and going to return my @#$% computer haha .-.
Itunes doesn't recognize Ipod 5th Gen... drivers aren't installed
