unwanted music randomly syncs

I use a playlist method to sync music on to my phone but it keeps adding music that ive previously purchased. i dont want it on my phone but i dont want to delete it from my library.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.2

Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.

There is a new feature in iOS 7 that shows you all your purchases made with your Apple ID. To disable this feature go to Settings > Music, then turn off Show All Music. This information can be found on the user guide below.

I did that but I still get music that is unchecked in iTunes showing on my iPhone 4S. I tried to delete the songs, but they are in iCloud and it says it will hide the songs. They are still on my phone. Now I can't access them in iTunes because they are hidden.
