iOS 7 activation error. Phone will not sync, but can charge. Help ?

I had beta 6 due to a friend. My iPhone was able to sync when I had iOS 6, but as of right now it cannot sync with itunes. The phone can charge, but is not shown in device manager.

How to get out of this mess? ..
