I dont see any ios 7 update after going into General> software update> . It saying checking for update but i still haven't got any software update pop-up. I really want to update my iphone 4S to ios 7. Please help!

If you want to update OTA, connect your iPhone to a wall power supply and make sure you've Wi-Fi connection.
Can you tell me how to do that step by step because i don't know much about all this stuffs

I did this but it keeps sayig checking for update for hours :(
Follow the link again but this time using "Update your device using iTunes" section.
The iOS7 file is 1.3GB !
Do not do that on the iPhone. Do it while connected to iTunes (with the cable).
I still did not get ios 7 update on my phone and it says checking for update but after 2 hours or so it continues saying the same. Please help!!
