Q: I have just updated my iphone to IOS but can't close apps I used to send them into wiggle then close but with IOS they don't wiggle they just open up again ......HELP

I have just updated my iphone to IOS but can't close the apps I have open, I used to send them into wiggle mode then close but now I have updated they won't wiggle they just open up again................HELP

Simply swipe them up in sub-menu interface.
