    Define "not working"?

Has the troubleshooting steps in the article from which the statement was posted been tried?

I think that is something ridiculous that you ask for the meaning of "not working" when there are many people that have different discussion fourumn in which they say that wifi in iphone 4s devices is in grey and we are trying all possible actions

What is ridiculous is replying to an almost year old thread to say nothing beneficial.

The reason for the question is because some people define not working as being connected to Wi-Fi but not being able to access the Internet, which is not an iOS issue... it's a network or Internet connectivity issue.  Other people define it as the Wi-Fi not connecting which could be that Wi-Fi is turned off, or will not turn on.

If users cannot or will not clarify the specific issue they are having, it's makes it extremely difficult if not impossible for others to offer assistance.  Try dropping the attitude and stick to providing relevant and useful information.

Ok, I understand that. And then, If I say that my wifi is in grey, that is sending to me a message that wifi is not available.................. If I turn off airplane mode, if I'm sure that my wifi network works, and so on......... ..I was trying with freeze, with high temperature, restoring network settings, and so that..........What is the possible solution for that problem, that as I could read, it's not my exclusive?? Is a mechanic fail, or is software fail...... It can be restored or not? Can you tell us what's the problem?? What's the problem? Greetings.

Hardware fails... no amount of heating or freezing (or other silly attempts) will resolve the issue.  The only fix is to replace the defective hardware.
