I have downloaded the new version for my app and now it does not let me download apps anymore. I get the message it is not able to purchase it at them moment. Now already for 2 weeks. Does anyone know hoe to solve this?

If you are unable to connect to the iTunes Store to purchase apps after updating to iOS7, you may find the following article helpful. There is also a link (near the beginning under Resolution) if you are able to connect to the iTunes Store, but it simply won't let you complete the purchase:
